Pagadebit

The name, dialectal word translated as "pay off for debts, " seems to derive from the fact that this grape, with a thick skin, is capable of withstanding adverse weather conditions, and guaranteed a good harvest to the farmer, allowing him to deal, in fact, with his debts.

Once widespread in the countryside of Romagna, then almost abandoned, is now reaffirmed also through the export. Commonly known with a central-southern origin (with the name of Bombino).

In Romagna, however, gives a more balanced and better structure (it's richer in its core components).
