Sangiovese DOC Superiore

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation in tonneaux (500 lt.) for 6 months.

colore: Intense red colour.
profumi: Vinous and delicate.
gusto: Roundness on the palate and shows volume because of its good texture and richness of the extract.
abbinamenti: Perfect with grilled meats and spicy well, but also with non-spicy cheese.
temperatura: 16-18 °C.
gradazione: 12,5% vol.
